I love helping owners prepare their homes for sale by providing detailed analysis of the market, plus linking them with resources to show the property in its best light. Professional photography and social media ads are a must in today's world. I also love hunting down the right home for buyers because it's one of the most important decisions a person can make. There's nothing like walking into a property and watching a customer's face light up with the possibilities. Helping YOU is a joy, from start to finish. My background in real estate started with my rental property company in West Virginia, two decades ago. It was a dream to live in Florida and our family moved here in 2009. Since then, I've been actively engaged in the community, spending 8 years volunteering in the St. Johns County School District and two years as the president of the Allen D. Nease High School PTSO. This gives me great insight into what makes St. Johns County an A-rated school system and how important school selection is for sellers and buyers. I also volunteer for the Junior Service League of Saint Augustine, which raises money for local charities and provides hands-on assistance to many groups. I have the privilege of being connected to one of the most amazing groups at eXp in the area. This resource allows me to tap into decades of additional knowledge to assist YOU with your sale or purchase. I have earned the Graduate Realtor Institute Designation, and enjoy delving into new topics related to real estate, from staging to pest control and more! My degree in journalism and business ownership background provides me with communication and negotiation skills vital to this industry. I spent my early career as a news anchor, producer, and newspaper reporter. I reside in Palencia with my family, including two children and two dogs! In my free time, I enjoy boating, reading, and traveling.
